This beautiful cottage is located in a picturesque village at 700 m a.s.l. the hills overlooking the ancient city of Cortona. Large terrace with panoramic view and swimming pool shared with the other cottage. Location ideal for walks or to reach Cortona, Siena, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno. Practical and comfortable furnishings.

Cottage composition:

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, small kitchen, bathroom with shower. First floor: it is accessed by climbing a ladder from inside or directly outside through a large terrace. Double room with bathroom and bedroom with two single beds. Possibility of adding a single bed in the master bedroom.
